**What are the roles?**
Our Duty Manager will be highly motivated and provide support to our Senior Duty Managers and Lounge Manager. This role is focused on a passion for guest satisfaction and requires a hands-on approach to managing a team of a minimum of 50-60 employees at any one time, working across our lounges. Reporting directly to the Senior Duty Manager, you will form a key part of a team and will be responsible for the overall day to day success of the lounge operations.
**What do I need?**
Our Duty Managers are required to have the ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster, similar or previous experience as a duty manager, excellent communication skills with a strong focus on guest and team member engagement, ability to liaise closely with stakeholders in the lounge, and the ability to pass a Federal Police Clearance to enable your work in the Airport. You **must **also have Australian working rights to be considered for this role.
Our successful new team member will have experience in hospitality. Ideally you will have experience in high pressure premium or luxury service environment, able to think outside the box to ensure continuous improvement, and proven experience in leading a successful team. More importantly, you will have a genuine love of making others feel welcome, enjoy working as part of a team and wanting to come to work to have fun.
