**The Firm & Role**
Our client is a major national law firm and they lead the way in regards to corporate M&A work. The Partner that leads the team is consistently ranked at the top of his field. This team acts for private and public companies locally and cross border in various industries.
The role will see you dealing with clients and fostering strong client relationships as well as mentoring juniors.
A flavour of their work includes:
- M&A
- Capital raising
- Corporate governance
- General corporate and commercial matters
There is a strong and healthy pipeline of work.
**About You**
- At least 3 years PAE working in corporate transactions
- Strong advisory and writing skills
- Good client facing and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a committed and high performing team
