**The Opportunity**
The UGL Rail & Technology sector is seeking an experienced **Project Administrator** to provide project administration and documentation support to the business as required across the Victorian portfolio of Rail & Technology Systems projects.
**Some key responsibilities of this role will include**:
- Purchase of materials, equipment and consumables including co-ordination of delivery to the office.
- SAP input and maintenance of purchase orders, including goods receipt, journals and queries
- Reconcile data from accounts department with office records
- Maintain systems and procedures for contractual requirements
- Raise RFAs for ICT purchases.
- Support in the administration of One Learning for the Rail & technology Systems team.
- Provision of other administrative assistance, as required and requested by the Construction Manager and Operations Manager
- Support in the administration of One Learning for the Rail & technology Systems team.
- Actively participate in regular learning and development programs to continually enhance and further develop skills and continuously improve capabilities and performance
- Ensure that workspace is well managed, tidy, organised and safe.
**About You**:
- Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast paced environment with multiple and competing demands
