**What are some of the things you will be responsible for?**
- Responsible for administration tasks in line with the Asset Managers for their portfolios
- Prepare in-house leases for new & existing tenants
- Rent Reviews - implementation of CPI/Fixed reviews & preparation of Market Reviews
- Lease renewals - liaise with owner & tenant once terms agreed
- Rental arrears
- Tanant liaison regarding fire safety & pest control inspections
- Council Notices to owners
- Update the Property Management CRM on a regular basis with all property, owners & tenant details
- Liaise with the leasing team on new managements & tenancies

This position reports into our Director of Commercial & Asset Managers and works closely with Sales & Leasing Agents

**Some of the things you need to bring**:

- 1+ year experience in Commercial Asset Management or Real estate
- Assistant Agents Certificate
- Excellent knowledge Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of Property Management Platforms - MRI, Re-released, REST
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to positively influence key stakeholders.
- Positive, can do, work hard attitude
- You must live on the Northern Beaches and have complete understanding of our area & market
- Knowledge of Retail Leasing Legislations
