As the Automation Technical Lead, you'll play a pivotal role within our ETSA automation team. Your primary responsibility will be to utilize your technical expertise to ensure the implementation of cutting-edge technology and automation best practices, delivering top-notch test automation services to our business and technology stakeholders.
We're looking for someone with exceptional analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to mentor and support junior staff. Whether working autonomously or collaboratively, you'll be instrumental in achieving our operational goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead by example, developing and executing high-quality test automation artifacts while ensuring adherence to section standards.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and on-the-job training to team members, fostering their growth and development.
- Create and maintain documentation to support test automation delivery, meet reporting requirements, and define quality standards.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships across divisions, businesses, and operational areas.
- Tailor communication to various audiences, ensuring clarity and effectiveness.
- Drive strategic thinking and innovation within the team to enhance efficiency and advocate for its benefits across the organization.
**Role Requirements and Qualifications**:_Mandatory:_**
- Ability to obtain an Employment Suitability Clearance (ESC).
- Minimum two (2) years of experience leading or managing a team.
- Minimum six (6) years of experience in a testing or quality assurance role.
- Proficiency in test automation tools and languages such as Java, C#, Selenium, Serenity, RestAssured, UFT, LeanFT, and MySQL.
- Demonstrated experience in training and mentoring staff.
- Familiarity with various delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps.

- ISTQB or equivalent certifications.
