**Objectives of This Role**
- Exceed personal and departmental sales goals.
- Build and nurture a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Foster long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business, referrals, and testimonials.
- Represent Leaky Roof as a brand ambassador, upholding our values and showcasing our exceptional services.

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Generation**
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through networking, outreach, and partnerships.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying potential clients to closing deals.
- Develop long-term partnerships through proactive networking.

**Customer Relationship Management**
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong business and customer relationships.
- Educate clients about Leaky Roof's services and provide tailored advice.

**Market Analysis and Strategy**
- Research market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Suggest and adapt sales strategies based on market insights.

**Sales Reporting and Forecasting**
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly results and forecasts) to meet or exceed targets.
- Identify and capitalize on potential opportunities through analysis.

**Lead Management**
- Review inspection results, prepare cost estimates, and present proposals to potential clients.
- Implement follow-up strategies to close sales and maintain contact with clients throughout their customer journey.

**Mentorship and Collaboration**
- Support junior sales representatives by providing training, guidance, and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to maximize results.

**Contract Negotiation**
- Negotiate contracts, establish timeframes, and set payment schedules.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and finalize agreements.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities and problem-solving mindset.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
