As the Head of Marketing at RASHAYS you will use your marketing and management skills to create and continuously improve our marketing strategy to achieve results. The business needs you to develop, deploy, and refine various marketing processes, guide the team to achieve key deliverables and keep our marketing current, on-brand and on-trend.

**As Head of Marketing at RASHAYS you will**:
- Develop a marketing strategy, execute the plan and oversee the day to day operations of the marketing team
- Use your genius at traditional marketing to know what's trending and work with the team to create engaging content that drives the brand forward
- Manage the company’s web presence, including the website, social media and other marketing assets
- Work with the Operations team to ensure that any menu changes or store openings have a tailored marketing strategy
- Lead the team to achieve key tasks and deliverables
- Working closely with the franchisees to understand their marketing needs, develop content, assets and marketing material that can be displayed in the restaurants
- Assist us to propel the business forward with ideas, partnerships etc

**To be successful you will have**:
- Experience in a similar position
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage or Hospitality is highly regarded
- Able to execute different areas of marketing such as local area marketing, overall brand awareness marketing, online/social media marketing. Using all forms such as print, digital etc.
- Have a proven track record of creating engaging, trending and on-brand content
- Experience working within the creative process and in particular working with graphic designers and photographers within both the digital and marketing space
- Flexible nature / attitude and be willing and able to travel to different restaurants/locations if required
- Be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proven success working to tight deadlines and within a fast-moving environment
- Ability to build strong relationships with franchisees, external brands, suppliers and agencies
- Collaborative attitude with excellent communication skills; open to constructive feedback
- Build and oversee the execution of the marketing team activities
- A good understanding of various marketing platforms and channels
