We are currently recruiting for an experienced Construction Completions / Handover Specialist, with our client, a leader in Iron Ore Mining. This role represents a fantastic opportunity to unleash your potential with one of WA's premier mining companies.

Key accountabilities will include:

- Developing and updating systemization of equipment and plant in Completions Management System (CMS)
- Resolving any queries and providing support to construction and project management teams
- Monitoring construction and commissioning schedules to ensure alignment and optimum handover from construction to commissioning
- Developing and issuing reports as required by project leadership
- Monitoring and ensuring quality of data and information in CMS

Qualifications and skills required:

- Experienced in Completions Management Systems such as PIMS, TOSTR, ICAPS, Go Completions, or Smart Completions would be highly regarded
- Process driven with the ability to work collaboratively to solve conflicting priorities and constraints"
- Experience with supporting handover from construction to commissioning
- Can perform under pressure and priorities competing deadlines
- Ability to work in fast paced dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
