**About the role**
We are seeking a National Manager - Operational Strategy and Growth to provide leadership, analytics and strategic direction within our Home Care Services (HCS) division. Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Support Home & Community Support, you will play a pivotal role in organisation pricing strategy/processes and ongoing involvement in services delivery contract management.
Key activities:
- Lead the submission of service delivery contracts, tenders, and grants
- Create and develop the organisation pricing strategy
- Develop and implement robust contract management frameworks
- Propose and implement initiatives to reduce revenue losses and drive cost savings
- Prepare commercial models, review contracts, and build compelling business cases
- Monitor performance of commercial activities, reporting results and provide support to management
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Service Delivery teams on cost recovery and supplier compliance

To be successful in this role you will bring extensive experience in cost modelling, pricing strategy and reporting, combined with the ability to prepare commercial business cases. Above all, your exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills to collaborate, lead and influence at all levels will ensure success in this pivotal position.
