**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are currently recruiting for an experienced
**Business Performance Manager **to lead the skilled
**Banyo** team. The Business Performance Manager is a key leader responsible for quality outcomes, employee management, engagement and planning, and onsite administration at the individual RepairHub site.

**LOCATION: 35 Wentworth Place, Banyo, QLD, 4014**

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED**
- Previous experience in a similar site leadership position
- Trade qualification in either Panel Beating or Spray Painting highly advantageous.
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Drivers Licence
- Appropriate Australian working rights
