**THE ROLE**

Working within the Card Operations team, the Companion Card Program Support Officer will draw on their expertise within the disability sector, to provide support to people with lifelong disability to access the Victorian Companion Card.

**ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**
- Provide high level customer service dealing with complex matters arising from applicants, carers, health professionals, service providers and members of the general public enquiring about the Companion Card Program.
- Analyse compliance and evaluation strategies to address issues related to the effective provision and implementation of required outcomes.
