**About the role**

Our Employee Experience team are looking for a **Team Leader, Business Services & Facilities** with skills in managing multiple tasks with ease to join their busy and fast-paced team. We are looking for someone who can make this role their own, prioritising tasks and able to move quickly with changing goal posts.

As the **Team Leader, Business Services & Facilities** you will be the point of contact for all things business services and facilities. Pressing office issue? That’s you Ensuring the smooth running of the office for staff? That’s you

On a day-to-day basis, you will find yourself:

- Managing the fleet management and information for all of LXRP
- Working closely with the Business Services team and your Director, ensuring tasks are managed between the team
- This role is pivotal to enhancing the performance of the project for all staff at LX

This is a three (3) year fixed term position, paying a salary between $109,730 and $132,764 plus superannuation with hybrid working arrangement (a mix of office and home/remote based working). The office you will be working from is located in Melbourne CBD and you will also have the option to access flexible working arrangements if you need them - many LXRP employees work flexibly.

Your manager, Samantha Bloom, has over 15 years’ experience in the industry, and will fully support you in your growth and development in your role. She prides herself on empowering her team to have the confidence to problem solve and solution solve themselves - but she is always there to back you if you need. The Employee Experience team are a fun and vibrant team who love to have a laugh along the way
