PERSOLKELLY are growing and as part of our on-growing growth plan, our Sydney branch are currently seeking a Recruitment Manager to head up our Professional services, Engineering and Accounts and Finance permanent teams. In this role you will be lead and inspire an existing team of 6 specialised recruitment consultants as well as working with our Talent Acquisition team to grow the team significantly over the coming months - ideally to a team of around 15.

**The Role**
As part of our on-growing growth plan, our Sydney branch are currently seeking a Recruitment Manager to head up our Professional services, Engineering and Accounts and Finance permanent teams.
In this role you will be lead and inspire an existing team of 6 specialised recruitment consultants as well as working with our Talent Acquisition team to grow the team significantly over the coming months - ideally to a team of around 15.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Recruiter who could be looking to step into their first formal leadership role or indeed someone who is already leading a team but looking to align themselves with a forward thinking and growing business. As 2IC to the Business Manager you will also receive mentoring and coaching from the Senior Leadership team.
**What you will be doing**:
- Managing and running a permanent billing desk - with resourcing assistance
- Working with Talent Acquisition to to recruit new consultants
- Coaching, training and developing new consultants
- Conducting regular1-1's with team to discuss performance, training needs and ongoing development
- Conducting, 3 & 6 monthly performance reviews with consultants
- Acting as the main point of escalation for both consultants and Client issues
- Participating in ad hoc business improvement projects
- Organising team incentives/work events
- Carrying out consistent market research on competitors, market/ employment changes and reviewing any adverse effects it could have on the business
- Participating in contract negotiations (i.e., pricing, bid meetings)
**About you**:
- As an experienced Recruiter, you will have a hunger and competitive drive for success with the proven ability to build and grow a successful desk
- You will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Senior role within a Recruitment Environment
- You will have a real interest and passion for leading and developing a team, ideally with some previous management or team leading experience
- You will enjoy cultivating a great culture where you empower and encourage others
- You will exhibit versatility and be able to deal with conflicting priorities throughout the day
- You will show real resilience and a persistent drive to succeed
- You will possess superior communication skills to include your ability to professionally relate, influence, lead, negotiate and express yourself when communication to all stakeholders.
