Iron Mine Contracting (IMC) was formed to provide Civil, Mining, Crushing, Screening and Indigenous partnering opportunities to the West Australian market. In collaboration with our associated partners, IMC have been delivering projects to Tier 1 Resource clients including Rio Tinto, Woodside Energy, Northern Star Resources FMG, Roy Hill, Saracen Minerals and Newcrest Mining amongst others since 2013.

**The role**:
With exciting growth plans, the company is looking to engage a
**Trainer & Assessor **to join our Training team. This is a site based position with scope of work across multiple sites on an 8:6 roster.

**Role requirements**:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE40116
- Cert III in Surface Extraction Operations - Highly regarded
- Experience with and understanding of Verification of Competency (VOC) in the workplace
- Working knowledge of Learning Management principles
- Current Drivers License
- Ability to pass a National Police Clearance
- Demonstrated capability through past relevant employment experience
- Preparing and delivering training and assessment needs to apprentices, trainees, and trades people
- Assessing competencies in alignment to regulatory training requirements
- Development of training and assessment resource materials against qualifications and units of competency
- Administration, data input, reporting and continual improvement requirements for assessing and training.
