**The role**:
The Program Manager IT/OT Networks is responsible for leading and managing a team of high-performing Technology Officers while maintaining a close relationship with Group IT and OT technical teams. You will also require to provide technical guidance on the integration of new systems with existing infrastructure and for identifying and executing minor improvement projects.

Specific technology systems include:
'¢ Embedded operating system management;
'¢ Windows & Linux server administration;
'¢ Windows & Linux desktop administration;
'¢ Backup, Antivirus and Disaster Recovery procedures;
'¢ Firmware, configuration management and administration of a wide range of intelligent devices including telemetry, VoIP, CCTV & digital dashboards;
'¢ Maintenance of production data reporting to internal and external parties; and

'¢ Management of the site's IP networks

**Selection Criteria**:
This role will suit an experienced program/project manager who has excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders. Tertiary qualified in IT or a related engineering discipline you will have demonstrated experience in working in a heavy industry or mining environment. You will need to hold certificates in networking, system administration and disaster recovery and have a thorough understanding of IT data communication systems, wireless networking administration and deployment, Windows, Linux and embedded system administration, SQL database administration, remote access and administration tools, best practice back-up and disaster recovery in 24x7x365 environments, equipment installation standards, MS Active Director administration and design and knowledge of production systems including Digital Radio Modular Mining Dispatch, CAS Collision Avoidance and CCTV This is a 6-month contract with extensions highly likely. Hybrid Roster 8/6 Perth to site and Perth 5/2.
