**The Company**
Our client is seeking a HR Generalist to join the Mount Waverley team. This national company is offering a newly created role that has the potential to become permanent.
**The Role**
This role will also be responsible for:
- Provide legal advice.
- Will not be required to implement.
- Maintain records.
- This role will not be required to recruit new employees for the company.
**Your Skills and Experience**
- Ability to work autonomously within a small team.
- Sound knowledge of General HR basics.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- High level of organisational skills.
**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will be someone who has very strong HR experience and is passionate about building relationships with others. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, possess excellent organisational skills and have a strong work ethic which will allow you to thrive working in this fast-paced environment.
