**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Mounties Group is currently seeking a passionate and driven People and Culture Generalist who is eager to join our close-knit team on a full-time basis at Mounties, located in Mount Pritchard.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Help drive the planning and coordination of HR projects or special initiatives and participate in the communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Participation in developing and building organisational guidelines and procedures
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, prepare internal reports, and manage document filing systems across business units.
- Assistance with WHS compliance, workers compensation and continuous improvement initiatives in the wellbeing of our staff
- Interpretation of Industrial instruments (Awards, Enterprise Agreements, NES, Fair Work Act and other)
- Supporting the performance management function across operational areas
- Providing advice on a range of matters across the group and advocating the company position in supporting best practice.

**ABOUT YOU**

The successful in this role, you will ideally possess:

- Capability of working both independently and in a team environment
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Hands-on experience using HRIS systems - preferred but not essential. Training will be provided
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
