Seeking a Communications Officer with experience in government holding a baseline clearance

**Your new role**

Your organisational skills and awareness of current trends in marketing will enable you to produce social media content, high quality written content for internal communications and support the rest of the team through administrative duties.

Additional responsibilities include:

- Creating and publishing engaging intranet content
- Working both independently and with the Assistant Director on communications plans
- Producing a wide array of internal and external communications products for review
- Establish and maintain a high level of engagement with key stakeholders

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary qualifications in communications, journalism, public relations or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated writing for different platforms and audiences
- Demonstrated understanding of social media scheduling platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with web content management systems (highly desirable)

**What you'll get in return**

6-month non-ongoing contract with the possibility for extension at an APS4 level. Central location with free on-site parking.
