As part of the Library’s team, you will help support organisational reform, working collaboratively with your team to shape the Library’s future.

The Library is seeking to fill the newly created position of **Senior Administrative Officer, Social Media and Communications (APS4) **in the Communication and Marketing Section of the Engagement Branch. We will create a merit pool to fill vacancies as they arise across the organisation.

To support the National Library’s active social media program and maintain a positive brand reputation, you will provide support functions including:

- Monitoring and reporting on social media discussion and trends, identifying and addressing any potential issues
- Respond effectively to enquiries as part of the moderation activities. This may include some out of hours event moderation tasks.
- Cultivate online communities, fostering a sense of belonging among followers.
