**About the opportunity**

Healthdirect Australia is seeking a Clinical Lead for our Health Information and Advice Service (HIAS) in Sydney. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in providing clinical support across all channels, including telephony, web, and app. You will be responsible for ensuring our services are safe, effective, and consumer focused. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery, ensuring we meet the highest standards of clinical governance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide clinical oversight and expertise across all HIAS channels.
- Ensure services are based on sound clinical governance principles.
- Focus on patient safety, quality management, and stakeholder liaison.
- Identify, evaluate, and analyse risks inherent to HIAS operations.
- Lead and participate in various work streams, committees, and forums.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.

**You can contribute through your**:

- Health professional background with current AHPRA registration.
- Extensive clinical practice experience in primary care, secondary care, or population health.
- In-depth understanding of the Australian health sector, including primary and community care.
- Proven experience in telehealth service delivery and clinical governance.
- Effective stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage confidently at all levels.
