We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CRM Business Analyst to join our team. As a CRM Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our customer relationship management system and processes. Your primary responsibility will be to gather and analyze business requirements, identify system improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement CRM solutions that drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to CRM processes and functionalities.
- Conduct detailed analysis of current CRM system and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform CRM strategies and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure successful system implementation.
- Provide end-user training and support during CRM system implementations and enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and recommend innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure CRM system aligns with business objectives.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on CRM systems and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle CRM) and related tools.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of CRM best practices and industry trends.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
