Are you a passionate, energetic and dynamic F&B Supervisor looking to work in both operations and admin? We're looking for you if you have excellent communication and collaboration skills, excellent admin skill and a passion for people and creating extraordinary guest experiences.

Your experience:

- Supervising, mentoring, and developing our Food and Drink Guides
- Maintaining the standard within the restaurant/bar/event space to contribute to having the best service reputation in town
- Ensure food & beverage talent are meeting Crystalbrook service standards
- Strong written and oral communication skills - you will help to respond to guest feedback and support our booking process
- Overseeing workplace health and safety procedures
- Anticipating and responding to customer requests/concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Controlling financial aspects of the outlet including wages, wastage, product pricing, upselling, etc.
- Ensuring Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Driving innovation in your venue through creative ideas and processes
- Good knowledge of stock control, including stock take, rotation and wastage
