Calling all talented F&B supervisors and managers Jak and Hill, our newest café sensation opening soon onsite here at Punthill Spring Hill, is searching for a visionary Café Operations Manager to take the lead in the pre-opening.

**Our Cafe Operations Manager**:
Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you’ll be part of a small team of genuine people, looking to create lasting memories and exceptional experiences for each and every guest.
- Efficiently manage F&B operations, maintaining high service standards and profitability.
- Oversee cost reports, identify cost reduction opportunities, and communicate with vendors.
- Support and implement a positive working culture for the F&B team.
- Develop and implement food and beverage standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with OHS, liquor license and implement responsible service practices.
- Operate the point of sale system, manage stock control, and banking.
- Manage recruitment, training and ongoing development of F&B team members.
- Handle any escalated guest complaints and conclude with a positive resolution.

**What you will bring**:

- Must have Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
- Must have or willing to obtain Responsible management of licensed venues (RMLV).
- Must have First Aid Certificate.
- Barista experience.
- Experience in managing a Food & Beverage team.
- Proof of working rights in Australia.
- A positive ownership mindset & integrity.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Fit to perform manual handling tasks.
- Food handling and safety knowledge.
