**About the Role**

action and guidance for Sustainability Reporting for Talison Lithium Greenbushes Operation. Reporting to various

Sustainability Frameworks and Standards, you will cover key areas of business integrity, planning for positive legacies

and social & environmental responsibility. The role will also support reporting obligations within the broader

environment team as required.

**Responsibilities include**:

- conduct compliance auditing and reporting to the specific requirements of Initiative for Responsible Mining

Assurance (IRMA);
- maintain and update the IRMA self-assessment tool;
- responsible for supporting document collection, review and updating for IRMA and annual Sustainability Report as

the business and reporting frameworks evolve;
- assist in preparation of schedules and coordinate external and internal audits related to sustainability compliance

activities; and
- support the Senior Compliance Advisor - Environment with internal auditing, reporting and documentation as

required with a view to streamlining the processes for each;
- tertiary qualifications in sustainability, agricultural, environmental or earth sciences;
- minimum 5 years industry experience preferred;
- proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) etc;
- demonstrated experience in environmental, social and/or governance auditing processes;
- familiarity with environmental, social, governance (ESG) risk management frameworks;
- practical knowledge of legislation, standards, frameworks and codes of practice relevant to environmental or

sustainability performance;
- demonstrated high level report writing skills; and
- Internal auditor certification would be an advantage.
