Role Overview
We're seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about quality and looking to make a real impact in a dynamic environment. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality.
Your primary focus will be on undertaking internal and supplier audits and inspections to ensure ongoing compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
The Responsibilities- Audit and inspect our suppliers and subcontractors to ensure they are meeting our quality standards.
- Develop, review, and manage quality documentation, including quality plans, procedures, and work instructions.
- Identify, document, and manage non-conformances, ensuring timely resolution and implementation of corrective actions.
- Provide training and support to project teams on quality standards, processes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality performance data, identifying trends, and recommending improvements.
- Prepare and present regular quality reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Lead Auditor certification with a demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance requirements and relevant ISO standards.
- Experience working with integrated management standards and ISO certifications.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Advisor and/or Auditor, preferably within the construction, engineering, or resources industries.
- Advanced written and verbal communications skills with the ability to prepare reports, plans, liaise with stakeholders and technical instructions.
- Confident user of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
