Client Onboarding Specialist-Associate

Your new company
Leading provider of specialist financial products, services and advice to banking and financial services.
Your new role is to provide client onboarding services on the institutional banking or corporate banking client.

Role responsibilities:

- Upload AML/KYC information into system and assess C&IB client risk profiles accurately
- Meet onboarding, ongoing customer due diligence and other ad-hoc AML and regulatory compliance remediation project deadlines
- Assist relationship teams with their AML/KYC and regulatory compliance questions
- Engage in client discussions to explain and collect regulatory requirements
- Review AML/KYC requests to provide assistance and guidance to Onboarding Associates

What you'll need to succeed
- Strong knowledge of AUSTRAC regulation and AML policies and procedures
- Sound knowledge of the Bank’s systems, procedures, products and services
- At least two years experience in AML KYC role in Australia completing due diligence and risk assessments for onboarding and/or periodic reviews
