**The opportunity**

We are seeking a talented Business Lead - Web Digital Product Specialist to join our team for a 12month Maternity leave cover. As the essential link between fund members, stakeholders, and delivery teams, your expertise will shape the future of our online platform. Collaborating closely with Project Managers, Designers, Developers, and Testers, you'll be overseeing the ongoing development, delivery, and maintenance of the Fund’s website with a laser focus on user experience and value delivery.

**Some Key Responsibilities**:

- Foster and maintain robust relationships with internal and external partners to ensure alignment on roadmaps and successful delivery plans
- Oversee the development, delivery, and maintenance of our website, with a keen focus on creating a positive customer experience
- Collaborate across digital teams, including partnering platforms when necessary, to effectively manage backlogs, estimate work, and prioritise tasks
- Advocate for and cultivate an analytical, test-and-learn culture. Drive website effectiveness by setting appropriate commercial targets, monitoring progress, and reporting on all digital activities
- Gather and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams. Utilise these insights to shape requirements, features, and product enhancements.
- Work closely with the IT team to consider security practices, risks, capacity, and performance aspects of our digital platforms
- Provide informed recommendations to Executive management and committees (e.g., Risk, Security) as needed

**About you**
- 3+ years experience with responsibility for website delivery
- in a management, ownership or specialist capacity
- Experience in high performing digital teams or organisations with a track record of improving customer experience
- Experience in all phases of Digital Product development from idea, to development, to launch, to evolve and to embed
- Experience in managing external digital supplier relationships, from team member level to Executives
- Experience in a highly regulated industry, and ensuring compliance and risk awareness - Knowledge of the superannuation sector, particularly the structure and philosophy of industry funds is preferable, but not mandatory
- Degree or qualification in digital technology related discipline
