**As a **Commercial Officer **at BGIS, you will be responsible for managing commercial operations and ensuring contractual compliance within our organization. You will play a critical role in overseeing contract administration, financial analysis, and vendor management. Your expertise in contract negotiation, financial modeling, and stakeholder engagement will contribute to the success of our commercial activities.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage contract administration, including drafting, negotiation, and review of commercial agreements.
Conduct financial analysis and cost modeling to support decision-making and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with business objectives.
Monitor contract performance and compliance, identifying and resolving any contractual issues or disputes.
Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and clients to foster positive business partnerships.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact commercial operations.
Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
Support the development and implementation of commercial policies, procedures, and best practices.
Provide guidance and support to project teams on commercial matters, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and risk management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of commercial activities.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

**Requirements**:
Australian citizenship is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in a commercial role, including contract administration and financial analysis.
Strong knowledge of commercial and contract management principles.
Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills.
Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for financial analysis and contract management.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
