**About the Role**:
As a Technical Detailer, you'll be a key player on our team, crafting detailed CAD drawings to drive the manufacture of staircases. You'll also be in contact with customers, measuring jobs and preparing documentation. You'll program custom or volume jobs so they're manufactured and installed on site, and liaise with installers and customers during and after installation. Reporting to the Technical Detailing Manager, you'll work Monday to Friday on a full-time basis. Your role will involve:
- Crafting detailed CAD drawings, manufacturing specs, cutting lists and paperwork for our custom and volume stairs.
- Interpreting differing quotations and purchase orders.
- Collaborating with builders, supervisors, and installers to solve on-site issues.
- Working with the Sales Team on ordering and specification queries.
- Communicating efficiently with the Technical Detailing Manager and team.
- Ordering specialist external products with speed.
**What You'll Bring**:
- Experience with staircases and balustrades (essential)
- Proficiency in drafting programs, including AutoCAD (essential)
- Measurement experience (great but not a deal-breaker)
- Familiarity with project management tool, ASANA (great but not a deal-breaker)
- Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail
- Strong time management skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with a variety of people, including builders and supervisors
- Proactivity in finding ways to improve and innovate
