About the role
Reporting to the Accreditation Manager, you’ll support the end-to-end accreditation process, maintain accurate records, and provide administrative assistance to Regional Accreditation Coordinators. Reporting to the Accreditation Manager, you’ll liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance, quality assurance, and efficient delivery of accreditation activities across all regions.
**As our Accreditation Administrator, you'll also**:
Provide administrative support for accreditation and reaccreditation of supervisors and practices across regions.
Maintain accurate data and documentation, and issue relevant correspondence and certificates.
Support Regional Accreditation Coordinators, including during periods of leave or peak demand.
Monitor compliance, assist in quality assurance activities, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure accreditation standards are met.
Skills & Experience
Strong admin skills with attention to detail
Experience in compliance or accreditation support
Confident communicator with stakeholder focus
Ability to manage tasks and adapt to change
