We are seeking a skilled administrator to join our Education Department as an **Accreditation Assessment Officer**. In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the College’s accreditation processes, including providing dedicated support to the Accreditation Committee.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating and supporting accreditation panels, managing logistics and travel, preparing high-quality reports, and ensuring accurate, timely information is delivered to both internal and external stakeholders. Strong stakeholder engagement and administrative support will be central to your success.

This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who thrives on managing detail and competing priorities, while building strong professional relationships and contributing to the future of psychiatric education.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate accreditation panels and visits, including logistics, timetables, meetings and stakeholder liaison.
- Prepare high-quality reports, documentation and compliance records within set timeframes.
- Act as a key point of contact for Directors of Training, committees and administrators.
- Manage accreditation data, surveys and systems to monitor outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
- Support the Accreditation Committee and related groups, including planning, minute taking and follow-up actions.

**What you'll bring**
- Strong administrative experience, with proven ability to manage complex tasks, deadlines and competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including report writing and stakeholder liaison.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Strong digital skills: MS Office, databases, online meeting platforms, and survey tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field.

- Base salary $57,000 to $72,000 + leave loading + 12% super.
