Kmart Group is on the hunt for a bold, driven, and wildly creative** Content Producer** to join our dynamic team.

In this powerhouse role, you won’t just create content—you’ll shape the narrative. You’ll lead the charge in producing high-impact, high-quality comms that reach hearts, spark conversations, and drive real engagement across both internal and external audiences.

Working shoulder-to-shoulder with our Corporate Affairs legends, you’ll influence everything from internal engagement to public policy and government relations.

**What you’ll be doing**

As a **Content Producer** at Kmart Group, you will be:

- Creating, editing, and managing scroll-stopping content that’s on-brand, on-point, and impossible to ignore.
- Driving digital marketing strategies and dialling up our SEO game
- Tracking content performance with smart analytics to sharpen strategy and amplify results
- Collaborating across teams to keep messaging unified, purposeful, and packed with punch

**To be successful in this role you’ll have**:

- Proven experience crafting top-tier written, visual, and multimedia content
- Advanced editing skills to bring your vision to life (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
- A sharp eye for detail and a way with words that hit the mark, every time.
- Deep knowledge of content platforms—from socials to CMS—and how to make every post count
- The agility to juggle multiple projects without missing a beat
