We understand that juggling a career and family can be challenging, and we want to support our employees in all aspects of their lives. **Key Responsibilities**: - Coach, guide, and mentor the production staff, leveraging their knowledge of plant processes and people supervision. - Collaborate with the Operations Manager, Reliability Leader, and Process Control Leader to ensure the area delivers its business plan and targets. - Focus on both the "day-to-day" as well as the longer-term initiatives in the area to continuously improve safety, quality, resource and materials utilization, environmental standards, and staff skills and competencies. - Support Continuous Improvement and Operational Reliability initiatives in relation to plant uptime and output, requiring a close working relationship with maintenance and support staff. - Monitor regular audits of the area to ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are maintained and delegate corrective actions to staff in case of any variance. **Qualifications and Skills**: - Proven track record in managing and coordinating a multi-disciplined workforce, including trades, process operators, and technical support. - Previous manufacturing experience in fast-moving continuous manufacturing will be highly regarded. - Logical and methodical with well-developed problem-solving ability. - Strong literacy and communication skills. - High level of computer skills and knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products.
