We invite you to lead the way as the Associate Director Hospitality Concierge within the Department of Creative Industries, Tourism, Hospitality and Sport.

**About the Role**

As the Associate Director, you will oversee the development and delivery of a one-stop concierge service for hospitality businesses, providing access to liquor-related programs such as al fresco dining, grants, and industry support initiatives. You will be the go-to expert, offering solutions to elevate hospitality venues and foster safe, thriving entertainment spaces across the state.

By facilitating strong stakeholder relationships with businesses, councils, and the community, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting NSW’s night-time economy and hospitality sector.

**In this dynamic position, you will**:

- Develop and implement strategies to deliver high-performing hospitality concierge services.
- Establish relationships with councils, businesses, and other stakeholders to promote hospitality growth.
- Lead the creation and delivery of outreach programs for industry.
- Oversee communications, ensuring clear and accessible information is available for stakeholders.
- Lead a team in delivering exceptional concierge services, ensuring service milestones are achieved.

**About You**

**What you’ll need to be successful**:

- Strong knowledge of hospitality and liquor industry regulations.
- Extensive industry experience with particular focus on licencing and venue exposure.
- Proven stakeholder management skills across government and industry sectors.
- Experience providing strategic advice at a senior level.
- Ability to lead and manage a high-performing team.
- Strong communication skills to clearly articulate complex regulatory information.
