Towers is a Residential & Commercial Building Management Company who manage multiple buildings in Sydney’s CBD, Eastern & Northern Suburbs. We take great pride in being Professional, Reliable, Transparent, and having a hands-on approach.

We are looking for smartly presented individual/s with good verbal and written communication skills, to be one of our highly valued, people working with our senior building managers and managing director.

This is a hands
- on role for those who like to manage their own days, whilst having the full support network of our head office team.

As one of our concierge team,

You will be at the hub of the building, interacting with and assisting our clients (who will know you by name) in a range of tasks from helping them with their parcels to parking their cars Other key responsibilities include liaising with strata committees and contactors, ensuring compliance with building bylaws and supervise the day-to-day operations.

You’ll be their go to person for solving building issues and be perceived to know everything.

You’ll be genuinely interested in helping.

Training is provided but there is always something new to learn & no day is the same.

We have both morning and evening casual shifts available, across several buildings, with the opportunity of a more permanent position for the right person.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $28.50 - $40.00 per hour
