Genesis Advisory is a boutique advisory firm with a focus on strategy consulting and M&A advisory. Our key
principals have extensive experience from top-tier strategy consulting firms as well as direct investment
experience at top-quartile private equity and investment firms. We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly
motivated Manager with 3-5+ years of strategy consulting experience who can independently lead
workstreams and immediately contribute to the strategy consulting business from day one.
Managers will gain exposure to both top-level strategy work as well as advisory work across the deal and

**investment cycle**:
Strategy consulting - we work on a range of the most critical corporate strategy matters facing boards
and C-level executives for businesses ranging from ASX50 businesses, private equity portfolio companies
to high-growth entrepreneurial ventures. Typical projects include: Board level growth strategy,
customer strategy, commercial due diligence, acquisition and investment strategy
M&A advisory - we provide a full range of M&A, corporate development and strategic advisory services
with a focus on the lower mid-market. Typical projects include: investment memorandum creation, deal
origination, deal transactions and negotiations and value creation projects with portfolio companies
About you
- 3-5+ years of strategy consulting experience developed at a reputable firm
- Interested or experienced in investment related or deal work
- A friendly, collaborative team player who is also an independent thinker
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Exhibits a strong level of ownership in all that they do
- University degree qualified (all faculties welcome)
