We’re looking for a Head of Pastry to lead our Pastry Team. As we are only weeks away from launching in our new location in Richmond. Located across the road from the Richmond train station.

Weekend work will be required.

**ABOUT YOU**:
This role will work alongside our Head Baker to produce top quality products for distribution to our Melbourne-based Delis, daily. We're searching for food lovers who thrive on quality and presentation. Currently, our Bakery Team produce our famous donuts, sandwich loaf, potato buns and rye bread daily. Previous experience in a bakery environment and stellar time management skills are a must. A qualification in baking &/patisserie is highly regarded (or currently studying).

**YOUR DAY-TO-DAY**:

- Work in a shared space with our Head Baker & Baking team to produce our donuts, bread, pastries and specials.
- Ensure product is consistent and to a highest quality always
- Keep the kitchen area clean and tidy, adhering to all HACCP SOPs
- Support the Head Baker with any requests relating to specials
