**Job Description**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated HR Business Partner to join our team. This newly created role will work closely with leaders to implement and support the people strategy across the division. Ideally you will be an experienced professional who thrives on working in a dynamic environment who has a reputation for achieving positive people-related results.

You will be responsible for the provision of operational HR advice and support which contributes to the delivery of divisional and brand strategic objectives. In addition, the Human Resources Business Partner will manage, and coordinate processes and programs relating to the employee lifecycle and support the Senior Manager Human Resources in delivering the people agenda. Key tasks will include:

- Manage, deliver and monitor the Managing for Excellence performance management program including coordination of the annual performance and remuneration review processes
- Manage, coordinate and support the delivery of HR projects, programs and people initiatives which support retention and engagement of our people
- Ensure that grievances, complaints and ER matters are handled promptly and sensitively and provide timely and appropriate advice and support to people leaders
- Provide coaching, support and advice to people leaders in relation to managing the performance of their team members
- Keep abreast of legislative changes and undertake activities, such as remuneration reviews, for relevant client group to ensure compliance with Modern Awards
- Undertake investigations and case management activities as required and in line with policies, processes and best practice
- Participate in continuous improvement activities

**Qualifications**:
**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- HR Generalist and business partnering experience
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a relevant discipline
- Demonstrated experience in the management of a broad range of ER matters
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide excellent stakeholder support
- Experience in Employment Services is advantageous
