Our client has been operating in Australia since 1961 and has a long history of providing quality modular building solutions. They have been involved in some of the major milestone projects that have helped to shape Australia's industrial history.

They are looking for a Graduate who has a strong interest in construction/building to join their team in a Junior Operations Supervisor role.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work with the office administration and wider team to contribute to:

- The coordination of day-to-day interaction with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal colleagues
- Ensuring all works are completed prior to client handover
- Coordinating joint inspections with clients
- Project management - i.e., budgeting and cost control
- Assist in the preparation of estimates for minor yard and site works
- Handle multiple projects and clients’ issues while maintaining positive relationships.
- Comprehension of plans and technical specifications
- Day - to - Day administration and support for the team when required.

**About you**
- Degree or tertiary education in Building/Construction. A graduate who wants to put their newly learned skills to good use
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise well
- Comfortable with face-to-face interaction with clients and has the ability to build rapport.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaborating within a team
