Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Lytton. This pivotal role supports Site Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and high-performance standards are consistently met.


As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our 14+ customer operations. You'll lead a high-performing team to deliver outstanding service across:

  • Container Unpacking
  • Pick & Pack
  • Inventory Management
  • Technology-driven warehouse processes

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of warehouse staff to achieve daily KPIs and service standards.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound operations including container unpacking, storage, order fulfilment, and dispatch.
  • Drive accuracy, efficiency, and compliance within a food-grade warehousing environment.
  • Champion a culture of safety – ensuring that all activities are carried out in compliance with WHS standards, HACCP, and food safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety checks, toolbox talks, and training to keep your team safe and engaged.
  • Build strong relationships with multiple customers, ensuring high service levels and responsiveness.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous leadership/supervisory experience in warehousing, logistics, or FMCG (food-grade highly desirable).
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations including container unpacking, pick/pack, and inventory control.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills – able to engage, motivate, and manage diverse teams.
  • Comfortable working in a multi-user, high-volume environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Passion for safety and compliance with the ability to role model safe working practices.
