We are now looking for an experienced Video Production Manager to join us and be the driving force and conductor for all things video production at Mahlab.
This is a key role within Mahlab’s internal video unit. As a relatively young part of our business, you will join us at an exciting time and help shape our offering.
This role would suit someone who would enjoy being part of the evolution of our video process, who enjoys a challenge, and has the drive and passion to fuel our growth.
You will help plan and present video concepts, in collaboration with others, and ensure our creative and production approach aligns with client budgets, timelines, and campaign objectives.
You are responsible for owning best practice production workflows, and maintaining and growing our network production suppliers globally.
You are a supreme problem-solver and have a superb eye for detail. You have the passion and determination to rally the team and external partners, and you get things done.
This is a client-facing role, you will be the client point of contact during the production process, responsible for keeping the client updated, on track with rounds of review and navigating discussions around budgets and scope.
Curiosity, emotional intelligence, resourcefulness, outstanding organisational and creative problem-solving skills are what will make you a success in this role.
**The ideal person**:
- Keeps up to date on new developments & best practices in video production
- Has strong organisation, accuracy and stakeholder management skills
- Has excellent written and verbal skills, great attention to detail, with the ability to present clearly
- Is calm under pressure
- Has the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities, meet deadlines and make decisions quickly
- Has experience across digital channels
- Has project scoping and budget management experience

Experience directing, creative concepting and video editing, (including Adobe After Effects) would be beneficial but is not essential.
