**Job Description**:
Here at Nine, we are seeking a skilled and passionate Video Producer to join our team.

You will shoot, edit and upload short-form content to our online video platform. We have a diverse range of skills within the team, including some industry experts, so we pride ourselves on our training and professional development and hope you will take this opportunity to grow your career.

Day to day you will:

- Liaise with the editorial team to create a content strategy for show sites
- Collaborate with a group of video producers
- Interpret creative briefs to produce exclusive video content
- Identify and capture short-form videos from show content
- Stay up to date with emerging trends, best practice and technology
- Shoot and edit exclusive video to a high standard
- Write clear, accurate copy for video descriptions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and deal successfully with changing priorities
- Use a VMS to publish video content online
- Use Photoshop to create video thumbnails
- Adhere to fair-dealing, copyright and intellectual property guidelines
- Understand video codecs and encoding processes

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- A degree/certificate in a relevant course or proven experience in digital video
- Expertise in all aspects of video production, from pre-production through to post-production
- Strong creative skills with the ability to conceptualise video content projects
- Excellent leadership abilities with a proven track record of mentoring
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software would be advantageous
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop
- Experience encoding and publishing videos for online and social platforms
- Intermediate PC or Mac skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced team environment
- The ability to work flexible hours, which includes weekends or nights depending on editorial requirements
