**About the role**
- Mercy Community has an exciting opportunity for a **Human Resources Business Partner**to**join our People and Culture Team on a **permanent full-time** basis at our corporate office in **Nudgee.**
- Reporting to the Head of People and Culture the position is responsible for partnering closely with the Mercy Community leaders to deliver HR support. Working across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, you will coach and assist leaders in effective people leadership. This includes providing positive and proactive advice regarding the resolution of workplace and employee disputes and grievances. Additionally, through the provision of workforce insights and initiatives, you will work closely with leaders to understand business challenges and priorities and translate business needs into HR initiatives. You will also implement the strategic workforce plan and the people lifecycle within your remits_
- _**Salary commensurate with experience plus superannuation and generous salary packaging available.**
**This role involves but not limited to -**
- Coaching and assisting leaders, providing HR strategic, advisory, and operational support to managers and employees across the employment life-cycle
- Implementation and coaching of leaders in all elements of the annual people cycle
- Implementation of the strategic workforce plan
- Translating business priorities into HR initiatives where necessary
- Assisting leaders with people support and projects on key business initiatives
**About you**
As the successful applicant, you will possess:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- Significant experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to partner with the business on HR strategic initiatives
