**About your role**:
Ensuring the provision of quality care, optimising Residents Allied Health services, you will:

- Oversee the Allied Health Team (3.0 FTE total), ensuring the delivery of person-centred care to our Residents
- Facilitating communication between the Allied Health & Clinical Teams
- Ensuring compliance to all legislative requirements, Mercy policies & procedures
- Ensuring all care and services are developed within a collaborative framework where Residents and staff are partners in care
- Assisting the Facility Manager in the management of Allied Health Human Resources, financial systems & processes

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualifications & AHPRA registration in Allied Health discipline, either Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist
- Experience working in an acute hospital, aged care or community health setting
- Experience leading a team
- Sound knowledge of clinical information systems.
- Collection, analysis & reporting requirements Allied Health quality care outcomes
- Collaboration as Head of Department in leadership functions
