Catering HQ is looking for a proactive and dynamic Restaurant Supervisors to join our talented and dedicated team across these venues Dee Why, Pitt Town, Roselands, Moorebank, Ashfield, Springwood and Central Coast.

Catering HQ is a family run company that was established in 1996. We currently have 11 fabulous venues across Sydney, Blue Mountains and Central Coast.

At Catering HQ we are always looking to adapt to evolving market trends for our restaurants, cafés and events. This allows our menus and décor to be fresh, interesting and inviting to our guests. **KEY QUALITIES**:

- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience a similar role
- Excellent supportive and leadership skill set
- Exposure to rostering and people development
- Have a strong customer service focus
- Professional, upbeat and friendly personality
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Positive and flexible attitude
- Highest level of presentation and grooming standards
- Fantastic people management skills and professional nature
- Confidence to take charge and own the result, yet humble enough to listen and learn
- Honest and results focused - able to give and receive genuine feedback and take action as needed
- Innovative - proven experience of genuinely implementing new ideas

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
