
Restaurant Supervisor

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service, and managing the team members. This role involves managing the restaurant's finances, training new staff, creating and implementing procedures to enhance service delivery, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the restaurant's daily operations, including opening and closing duties, ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the premises.
- Supervise the team members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating them to achieve excellent customer service.
- Maintain an inventory of restaurant supplies, order and manage inventory levels, and monitor food and beverage costs to ensure profitability.
- Create and implement procedures to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery, including training the staff to follow them.
- Respond to customer complaints and inquiries, address concerns, and resolve conflicts to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions and ensure accuracy in billing and accounting procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards.
- Maintain a positive work environment and resolve conflicts within the team members.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service, menu planning, and food safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
**Salary**: $54,877.22 - $86,990.58 per year
Schedule:
- Rotating roster
