About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance and Risk Officer to join our team Reporting to the Legal & Compliance Manager, this role will ensure that Konica Minolta continues to remain compliant with all applicable legislations, certifications and company values, demonstrating continual improvement across the business.
The role will manage the regulatory affairs for the organisation through the provision of regulatory advice, support and establishing standards and specifications for all company products/services that have to comply with government regulations. This role is part-time, 3 days per week.

**Requirements**:

- Identify all appropriate external regulatory and compliance frameworks and ensure compliance by the business
- Develop and recommend compliance policy and process which adequately meet all organisation compliance and policy obligations
- Plan and manage the implementation of compliance policies and training programs
- Ensure all new and existing products are registered correctly and/ or approved with Government Authorities
- Support security compliance, disaster recovery plans, risk assessment and management
- Support the maintenance of a cyber security risk register and work to identify and mitigate information security risks
- Support the annual recertification of environment and quality International Standards Organisation (ISO) certification
- Co-ordinate all external audits

Who are we looking for?
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Understanding of ISO certifications and auditing techniques
- Knowledge of and ability to interpret relevant regulation legislation
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Konica Minolta Products (preferred)
- Good technical and analytical skills
