Do you LOVE a deep dive into digital data? (say that alliteration really fast after 2 pints)
- Do you get goosebumps when you centre in on the nugget of truth that you know will impact online customer behaviour?
- Do you love presenting and engaging with senior stakeholders?
As Principal Client Adviser, you’ll partner with an array of leading enterprises in Australia and beyond. This cracking consulting firm has a stronghold in sectors from Banking, Insurance, Superannuation, Education, Energy to Wealth Management. The partnerships they form with their clients are entrenched and long term, they are seen as vital to the success of their client’s digital roadmap. You’ll leverage proprietary research and data mining tools, coupled with decades of knowledge and insights in these sectors that will enable high-impact changes in customer acquisition and retention journeys of your clients.
What you’ll love:
- Digital Innovation: The scale, variability and innovation of projects combined with the calibre of the clients you will lead
- Brilliant research and data tools: Deep dive into vast and varied data sets, with proprietary tools to uncover insights that will translate into recommendations to fundamentally change the digital customer journey
- Sensational team: known for their smarts and their humanity, you’ll learn more and do more in this environment than could ever be achieved in a client-side setting
- Owning a room: the adrenaline rush of hosting a workshop, presenting and engaging with C-suite executives and their teams.
- Career growth: The richness of work right now and the horizon of career opportunities within this high-calibre, high-growth consulting firm
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in working with diverse and complex data sets such as clickstream and heatmaps, with mass-market consumer segment data
- The ability to connect data-driven insights to strategic or tactical recommendations within a digital context. We’re looking for more than a simple colour change and position of buttons on a page, but rather the result of deep research, analysis and data intelligence
- It’s likely you’ll come from a Design, Product, UX or Research background, ideally with experience working in a consulting context.
