Our Talent Acquisition team is responsible for the recruitment of our high-performing employees across NSW/ACT. Our success is from listening and responding to the needs of our stakeholders.

**Your key responsibilities will be**:

- Assisting with the recruitment process activities
- Writing and posting advertisements
- Coordinating interviews, pre-employment checks
- Working with you key stakeholders in the business to understand their needs
- Ensure you record all conversations and activities on the SCC database in an accurate and timely manner
- Take personal responsibility and accountability for your own time management practices and effectiveness
- To monitor on a daily basis your own personal productivity and to ensure your activities for the day are being maximised
- A degree level qualification
- Strong database / computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Committed and confident in building partnerships with customers
- Adaptable and agile, with the ability to prioritise
- Hard working and can do attitude
- Great people / communication skills (written & verbal) with confident phone manner
- Hard-working, energetic and focused with a drive to succeed

Ideally you will have some recruitment or HR experience, great organisation skills, an eye for detail and most importantly a positive attitude.
