**The Role**:
**Key responsibilities of the role will include**:

- Manage incoming calls via Repurpose It contact number
- Manage the brand-new internal sales management system (CRM) for bookings, quotes, contracts, leads and entire sales cycle
- Schedule customer deliveries via Repurpose it and third-party transport
- Prepare sales and purchase contracts as required
- Foster and strengthen existing customer relationships
- Actively prospect new accounts, make cold calls, seek out decision makers to secure new business opportunities
- Support the preparation and submission of competitive tenders for the Commercial team
- Assist in the review and development of products/procedures to improve company profitability

**About you**:
This position would be suitable for an experienced customer support professional looking to join a supportive team who is looking to grow and develop in their career.

**You will need**:

- Victorian drivers license
- Right to work in Australia
- Reliable car
- Experience working in a similar role and/or industry would be advantageous
- Police check and pre-employment medical (to be completed during recruitment process)
